This article shows how easy it is to rebook a guest or all guests from one basket to another

Things don't always go as planned. In these instances, you can easily rebook your guests onto another trip with TrekkSoft.
How Can I Rebook one or more guests?
Before you learn how to rebook a guest, be aware that it's possible to rebook either a single guest or all guests in a basket. We will discuss this further in this article.
To get to the rebook a guest section, follow the steps:
- From your Admin Desk, In the left-hand menu, go to Bookings > Overview
- Select the Details button next to the guest(s) you wish to rebook. You will be redirected to the Basket Details (as shown below)
Tip! You can search for the customer's name or email address in the search bar at the top of any page of the Admin Desk.

How To Rebook A Single Guest or All Guests
Rebook A Single Guest
To rebook only one guest, first, follow the instructions given at the start of the article. Then inside the basket, scroll down to the Basket Summary menu and find the guest you want to rebook.
Continue to follow the steps below or scroll down to follow the video example.
- Scroll down to the Basket Summary menu
- On the right-hand side of the guest's details, click on Choose an action > Rebook guest.
- Now you will see the details of the guest and on the right-hand side of the guest's name, a rebook button. Click this button.
- A popup window will open. In the popup window, you can find another activity, date, etc by filtering any of the available options:
- Filter By Activity
- Filter By Merchant
- Filter By Departure City
- Filter by Date
- Once you have selected the necessary filters, click the rebook button.
- A final popup window will open.
- Locate the guest you wish to rebook and click the Choose button.
- Finally, in the basket, you will see the confirmation message: "Guest is successfully rebooked. Please review balance".

Rebook all guests
To rebook all guests, first, follow the instructions given at the start of the article.
Continue to follow the steps below or scroll down to follow the video example.
- Scroll down to the Basket Summary menu.
- At the top, on the right-hand side of the basket, click the Rebook basket items and select the appropriate activity to rebook.
- Now you will see the details of all the guests in the basket. Click on the rebook all guests button.
- A popup window will open. In the popup window, you can find another activity, date, etc by filtering any of the available options:
- Filter By Activity
- Filter By Merchant
- Filter By Departure City
- Filter by Date
- Once you have selected the necessary filters, click the rebook button.
- A final popup window will open.
- Locate the guest you wish to rebook and click the Choose button.
- Finally, in the basket, you will see the confirmation message: "Basket item was successfully rebooked. Please review the booking's balance".
IMPORTANT NOTES ON REBOOKING BASKET ITEMS:
- Guest bound add-ons (Eg. travel insurance or a personal photo package) will now be rebooked as well with guests rebooking.
- Basket item add-ons (Eg. T-Shirts or Mugs, Gift Card) will be rebooked only when the whole basket is rebooked.
