Blocking activities and schedule exceptions

    You can do this in many ways:

    1. From Manifests and trip lists (under Schedule and Manifests): locate the trip and hit on the Block button on the left side on the table
    2. From the home page in the admin desk, click on the Details button, you’ll end up on the Guest manifest and can use the quick access (Cancel Trip)
    3. From the Activity edit page, edit Schedule and prices, unfold the Action menu of your schedule and hit on Exceptions, you can there block any date you’d like.


    Note: When blocking a date using any of the three possible ways above, we will block it for all our connected resellers.
