Account settings: Contact information, notifications, language and more

    Profile Information

    Contact Person

    Please fill out her the details of the main person responsible for the account whom TrekkSoft should contact if needed. This information is only used internally and will not be visible to any 3rd parties.

    General Contact Information

    Found right below from the contact person information, is the general contact info. This information is visible to end customers when you send them emails or text message notifications, when creating a contact us page and on your website.

    Legal Information

    What you fill out here will be on all invoices, therefore the information must match the details of how your company is officially registered not where your customer can physically find you for example. Also, the legal information is only used internally and will not be visible to any 3rd parties.

    Languages

    Here you can select what languages your customers should be able to see the information in. Everything in terms of functionality is already translated by us. You will only have to create descriptions, title or the separate version of the website if you use our website builder for the extra languages next to the default language. In case you would like to change the default language, please contact our support team who will help you.

    Currencies

    Here you can set up what currencies you would like to accept. In case you set up multiple currencies to be accepted, you will still only have to create prices in the default currency.

    Notifications

    In this area you can set up where the booking notifications should be coming to in your company, combine the booking confirmation and PDF ticket email to the customers and decide what type of bookings should trigger the notifications:

    Online bookings: every booking made through the booking buttons on a website

    Offline bookings: every booking made via the POS desk, Mobile app and Booking desk

    Inquiries: if you enable inquiries to be sent for certain activities, you can be notified about these as well (please note that the inquiry button is only visible on the activity details page)

    3rd party API booking: if you created a custom API connection to your TrekkSoft account you can be notified about booking coming in through that channel

    Please note that SMS notifications are not included in all of our subscription plans.

    Other

    Time Zone

    Here you can set up the default timezone of your account, which is important if you would like to be connected to GetYourGuide.

    VAT number

    If you insert your company's VAT number here, it will be shown on the invoices your customers receive.

    Charity number

    If you insert your company's VAT number here, it will be shown on the invoices your customers receive.
