Do you have an unrecognised transaction on your credit card? You likely booked a touristic activity via our merchants. Please verify the company names on the credit card statement. If in doubt please reach out to support@payyo.ch.

For Technical questions with TrekkSoft, email support@trekksoft.com. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via the Help Desk in the Backoffice. They can help you with questions like:

  • How do I setup my rental schedules? 
  • Do you know why I can't see the "Book Now" button on my website? 
  • My schedules are not appearing for September, I think there might be a bug. Can you take a look at my Backoffice setup?
