9th September 2019 - 3 quick updates

The past week was a busy one for us. Between SCA coming into effect in a few days and our development team working hard on new features, here's what we've checked off our to-do list:

GREAT NEWS:

• The guys over at 24h Tour translated TrekkSoft into Vietnamese! Thank you so much for all the hard work guys!

Bug update:

• iDEAL payments - A few merchants reported that payments made with iDEAL did not create any baskets in the back office. The issue was caused after the payment was made on iDEAL and the user was redirected back to the company's website. Our developers were able to solve this last week.

SCA Update:

• We're working with our 3rd party payment providers to ensure that TrekkSoft can accommodate their updated payment process by the 14th of September. 

Partner Network Directory:

TrekkSoft users can use the Partner Network to collaborate with other tour and activity operators to find resellers or resell products.

While we've had a lot of interest from users to connect with one another, due to GDPR restrictions, we're not allowed to share company contact details unless we're given permission. 

So, we're creating a Partner Network Directory for users to list their businesses and find one another. To get listed, simply fill out this form.
