POS Desk: Access Guest Manifest, Check-in, Rebook or Cancel a booking

    The Guest Manifest is also available on the POS Desk. You can access your Guest Manifest on the go, allowing you to view all the details of your guests on a specific trip. From this list, you can: 

    • Cancel or rebook a guest 
    • Check-in guests

    There are two ways to access your guest's manifest. 

    Method 1: From Availabilities

    Tap on Availabilities in the left navigation menu and scroll down your list of activities to find your trip. 

    Select the trip then tap on the "people" icon next to the number of attendees. 


    A pop-up will appear where you'll be able to Check-in or Check-out, rebook or cancel a guest. You can also filter by the check-in status and the name of your guests.


    Method 2: From Bookings

    From the Bookings view to select a booking, tap on the '...' icon next to the activity name and click on 'Guest Manifest'. 

    Your guest manifest will pop up showing you a list of guests attending that specific trip. 


    Note: Keep in mind that you can only access the guest manifest if there are confirmed bookings for that specific departure.
