Phishing attempts
Security measures to be taken in case of any phishing attempt reported by your customers
If your customers report any phishing attempts (e.g., suspicious emails, booking confirmations, or payment requests), here are the immediate steps we advise:
- Reassure your customer and ask for the original email
- Logout from your Admin/POS desk and reset your password
- Ideally, reset all user passwords and re-grant access only on demand, following a strict verification process
- Maintain a strict control over who has access to Admin/POS
- Review and limit agents permissions

Note: Please inform us of these cases at your earliest convenience, so we can trace the source of the email from our logs before we potentially lose access to it.
