We've just published details about our roadmap for the next 6 months on the blog! Here's a summary of what we'll be working on.
TrekkConnect continues to integrate with more Online Travel Partners and 3rd party distributors
We currently have over 20 OTAs in the pipeline at various stages of integration and will be working hard to get them fully integrated, as well as securing integrations with other distributors in the industry.
Designing a great user experience for you and your customers remain our top priority
With the launch of the POS Desk, we'll be standardising the design and workflows for our other tools, starting with the mobile app. The goal is to have the same workflows across platforms to reduce the learning curve for each platform.
When it comes to the Admin Desk, we're redesigning key pages such as the Activities Overview and the Bookings Overview pages.
In Q3 2019, we also want to work on automated multi-lingual notifications. We're aware that English notification emails are being sent when bookings are made in different languages via the POS Desk. We hope to rectify this problem and ensure that all automated notifications are translated as well.
