Things don't always go as planned. In these instances, you can easily rebook your guests onto another trip with TrekkSoft.
STEP 1: Go to Basket Details
From the menu on the left, go to Bookings > Overview and then select Details next to the relevant customer. You will be redirected to the Basket Details.
Alternatively, you can search for the customer's name or email address in the search bar at the top of the page.
STEP 2: Rebook a single guest or all guests
Rebook all guests
To rebook the whole trip, use the Rebook button on the right to rebook the whole basket.
Rebook a single guest
To rebook one specific guest, scroll down to Basket Summary and search for the customer you want to rebook. In the same row, click on Choose an action > Rebook guest.
STEP 3: Select the new activity for your guest(s)
To complete the amendment, select a new activity and price category.
