How to Edit the Guest Capacity for your Activity

There are several ways to edit the guest capacity of your activity.

This can be beneficial when you need to manually change the number of seats available for an activity on a specific day, without the need to modify the entire activity schedule.

A common example could be when you receive bookings which are not entered in the system and you need to modify the number of seats available in order to avoid overbooking.
Or if your resources change on a specific day and you are no longer able to accommodate the same number of guests as you normally would.

This feature is only useful if you need to change the capacity for one or a few days. If it becomes the case where you need to change it permanently for that activity; then we recommend adjusting the entire schedule from your inventory page
