SMS Notification Feature

You can now receive SMS notifications regarding your bookings and resources. This new function holds the following features: 

  • For each booking, an SMS notification will be sent to the merchant
  • The resources can get their notifications and alerts through SMS about upcoming trips and about each booking
  • Each merchant can select if they would like to receive an email, SMS or both for each online and each offline booking

Activity Notification 

Here is how to activate the notification feature:

Settings > Merchant Profile, under Booking Notification insert the mobile phone number where you would like your SMSs to be sent. 

then select Notifications in the menu bar, here you can set how you would like to be informed by email (for all subscriptions) or by sms (only premium or higher)

Online bookings are all bookings that were booked through the web interface and paid by credit card through your payment service provider.

Offline bookings are all bookings that were booked through the agent desk and paid in cash or invoice.


Resource Notification 

Resource notifications can be activted by going to Inventory > Resources. When a recourse is added you will be give the option to activate the notifications. 


 **This feature is only available for premium subcriptions and higher.
