TrekkSoft offers a wide variety of languages which have all been translated both on the customer-facing side and the administration side. This is very convenient, because you don't have to do these translations on your own, and they will automatically change based on your preferences.
Sometimes our users would like to add support for an additional language that we do not have yet. If you can translate the customer-facing text for your TrekkSoft website, then we can enable the language for use right away.

Using the Translation System
Once you have created your account, return to the main home screen and click on the Regular Website button.
Next you will see a list of languages that are available to translate.
Select the language that you would like to translate, or search for it in the box at the top left corner of the screen.
Once you select a language, you will notice two options in the top left corner of the screen.
The Backend.po file contains all of the words and phrases that are on the backend of our system.
The Website.po file contains all of the words and phrases that are on the front, customer-facing end of our system.
It is best to start with the Website.po file, because once this is complete, we can activate the new language on our system, and you will be able to use it.
After selecting a file, you will see a list of phrases that need to be translated.
Simply type the translated version of each phrases into the right text box, and click the green Save button.
The last step is to approve phrases for public use. To do this, check off all of the translated phrases that you would like to accept changes for, and click on the Approve dropdown menu at the top of the screen. Select the Approve & finalize translated phrase option.
