Billing and Invoices

TrekkSoft's billing structure allows you to pay your subscription and TrekkSoft commission using your credit card. If you prefer to use TrekkSoft's payment gateway, the gateway fees will be taken out of your payouts every pay period. Below you can learn more about this structure, and find answers to other questions you might have.

How Can I pay?

TrekkSoft accepts all major credit cards. Your subscription price and TrekkSoft commission will be charged to your credit card each month.

If you choose to use the TrekkSoft Payment Gateway, rather than connecting your own merchant gateway to our system, then the payment gateway fees will be taken out of your payouts every pay period.

How Often Will My Credit Card Be Charged?

Most vendors are charged once every month, according to their subscription plan. However, certain credit card companies will not accept recurring monthly subscriptions. In this case, TrekkSoft will charge you a flat-rate subscription to insure that you are still able to purchase our services. For more information on our payment plans, please contact

How Will I Be Invoiced?

Each activity provider receives a PDF invoice for every charge made to the credit card on file. This is usually two invoices every month. One invoice outlines your TrekkSoft commission fees, while the other shows your subscription price. For those using our 0% commission plan, you will only receive one invoice per month.

Failed Payments

Sometimes a credit card is not authorized for payment and leads to an incomplete transaction. If this ever happens, you will be notified by email right away.

Below are some of the most frequent causes that lead to a declined credit card:

  • An invalid account number
  • The credit card has expired
  • The account is over the credit limit
  • The card has been listed as lost or stolen
  • The issuing bank has chosen not to authorize your credit card electronically (in this case, you should call your credit card provider)
