You can customize all your customer communication channels such as emails, tickets and Terms & Conditions. In this article, we’ll go through how to do these customizations and what to think about when doing them.
Click on Design and pages in the top menu and then Templates.
PAGE TEXTS - EDIT YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The first page you’ll see is Page Text. Here you have the option to add your company’s specific Terms & Conditions, both a long and a short version.
We recommend that you use both sections as the long version will include your full T&Cs and will be presented at checkout. Your customers will need to agree on this to proceed with payment. The short version of your T&Cs will be included on your trip tickets so it should be a summary of the full T&Cs.
Copy and paste your Terms & Conditions into the relevant boxes and finish off by clicking save. If you have tours in different languages, remember to upload language-specific versions.
