I need help with TrekkSoft. Who do I reach out to?

For technical questions with TrekkSoft, email support@trekksoft.com. Alternatively, you can reach out to us via the Help Desk in the Backoffice. They can help you with questions like:

  • How do I setup my rental schedules? 
  • Do you know why I can't see the "Book Now" button on my website? 
  • My schedules are not appearing for September, I think there might be a bug. Can you take a look at my Backoffice setup?

 

For questions about TrekkPay, email support@trekkpay.io. They can help you with questions like:

  • Why have I not received my payout for last week?
  • My customer cancelled their booking a few weeks ago but have not received their refunds. Are there any issues with the refund? 

 

For questions about your TrekkSoft account, reach out to support@trekksoft.com or your Account Manager. They can answer questions like:

  • How do I add an additional payment currency to my account? 
  • How do I make the most out of my TrekkSoft booking system? 
  • I would like to use the Partner Network. Can you introduce me to other local operators using TrekkSoft?
