What if I have to reimburse my customers?

If you choose to use TrekkSoft's payment gateway, we will automatically refund customers when the need arises. If you use other methods for payment, you will have to refund them manually, as you normally would, and adjust the record in your TrekkSoft records. This is very easy, as you can see in our Canceling, Refunding or Rebooking a Customer section.
